4.1 Basiq

We use Basiq to securely connect to your bank accounts and retrieve transaction data. Basiq is an authorised data recipient under Australia's Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework. Your banking credentials are never shared with us directly.

4.2 Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Google Services

We use Google Cloud Platform for secure document storage and Google OAuth for authentication and email integration. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4.4 AI Services

We use AI services (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini) to extract and categorise financial data from documents you upload. Document content is processed by these services to identify transactions. We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Australia and the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Secure authentication using industry-standard protocols
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
